The warning came after Germany’s chancellor-in-waiting Friedrich Merz said he was open to supplying them to Kyiv.
The Kyiv Post, Ukraine’s oldest English-language newspaper, has ceased publication after 26 years, following a dispute between its owner and editorial staff over concerns of compromised editorial independence.
