Update: MagicJili have finally read the article and has come up with a new explanation as to why she, the player, never got the money she won.
It was transferred back to her player account due to an error at a third party money handler and she spent it all playing and losing. They even had freshly minted documentation proving that fact … That means they made counterfeit documentation AGAIN!!
There were no third party involve, the receipt they first posted, the one with the wrong number of digits are to her bank account, as we all can see, not a third party money handler.
I.e. they are again lying!

In short: A customer won over PHP 5000,- and wanted to withdraw PHP 5015,- (including a fee). The customer never received the funds and when she contacted the customer service they, after a lengthy argument, sent a receipt for the money they now claimed had been transferred.

Here’s how we now know that it is a lie and the receipt is counterfeit. The account number they claim to have used doesn’t exist, it’s not only wrong it is lacking 3 digits. That is rather impressing when we now also know they actually had her correct account number on file all the time.

In short, they, themselves documented their own FRAUD!

The 11 digits bank account they were using:

That means MagicJili is defrauding customers.

After contacting MagicJili by mail, NewsCats got this reply:

“Kumusta, kung mayroon kang anumang mga katanungan tungkol sa iyong password/deposito at pag-withdraw ng iyong account, mangyaring makipag-ugnayan sa aming 7*24 na oras na serbisyo sa online na customer, ibigay ang iyong account number at numero ng order sa pag-withdraw ng deposito, at ang online customer service ang hahawak nito para sa iyo.”

The customer still hasn’t gotten her money.
