BEIRUT/JERUSALEM — The Israeli military said Thursday that it had destroyed an underground complex belonging to Hezbollah beneath the Ali al-Taher ridge in southern Lebanon, an area that has remained a major point of contention between Israel and the Iran-backed Lebanese group.
