It doesn’t matter what kind of weather we have, humans can’t control any of it, not with plant food, not with “Green” taxes, or by sending billions to the Community of “Green” Rent & Grant Seeking Activists and Criminals, mostly CRIMINALS!!
Weather is controlled by the sun, modulated by clouds and water vapor. Temperature potential in the atmosphere is dictated by mass, gravity and pressure, not random molecules you need for taxation and government control!
The surface of the earth is cooled by convection (the reason we have weather), not radiation, the atmosphere is cooled by radiation slipping energy (heat) out into space (not convection).
There’s no “Back Radiation” – a silly term that basically describe something that, for some reason, is heating its own heat source. Can you store the energy (heat) from a stove for then later increase the temperature of the stove by adding the previously stored energy, or heat, on top of the same stove??
The (Man Made) Global Warming narrative is just too silly!!

The United Kingdom smashed a century-old temperature record for the second time in 24 hours on Tuesday as a spring heat wave continued to scorch parts of Western Europe, triggering government warnings about risks to life. Several drownings were reported in Britain and France as people tried to cool down.
A temperature of 35.1 Celsius (95.2 Fahrenheit) was recorded at London’s Kew Gardens, Britain’s Met Office weather service said, breaking the 34.8 C (94.6 F) record set a day earlier at Kew. The provisional readings smashed the long-standing record of 32.8 C (91.4 F) set in 1922 and matched in 1944
