The “Black Body Surface” of the earth is not the surface of the earth, it would be if the earth was cooled by radiation (this fact alone Falsify the CO2 warming hypothesis).
That again, means, CO2 is irrelevant for the temperature.
The surface of the earth is cooled by convection due to the density of the lower part of the Troposphere, not radiation. The atmosphere is cooled by radiation, not convection, and that is the reason the “Black Body Surface” of the earth isn’t at the actual surface.
Finally, and that is, of course also the reason global temperature isn’t going up despite the fact that humans continue to increase it’s emission of CO2 (Plant Food)!!

The graph falsify CO2 warming due to the fact that the level of human emission doesn’t look like that … Did we, for example reduce our usage of fossil fuels over the last few years as the graph suggest??
If CO2 was driving temperature, the temperature would only go up. Given the geological records of how high CO2 levels used to be, if CO2 really did drive temperature, we wouldn’t even be here because the temperature would be too high.
